Reservation/Payment *
The room reservation is binding. Bookings must be confirmed by letter. All accomodation costs are payable
at least 14 days before the arrival day. If a reservation
is made at short notice, payment must be carried out immediately
or, if necessary, cash on arrival will be accepted.

Cancellation *
A one-off processing fee of CHF 60.-- is charged when
a reservation is cancelled.
In addition, the following pro-rata cancellation costs
are payable:
21-15 days before arrival: 10%, 14-8 days before arrival:
15%
7-0 days before arrival: 30%, no-show: 50%
The date on which we receive the cancellation notice is
the date applicable when calculating the above-mentioned
time limits. Only working days are valid, not weekends
or holidays (in such cases the next working day will be
considered).
