Check-in
You can check-in as from 2 pm. Please advise us by phone
when you expect to arrive.
Check-out
The lodge must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
Extension of stay and premature departure
No refunds are made if you vacate your room earlier than
originally planned. An extension is only possible if the
accomodation is not already booked. The costs
for the extra nights must be settled directly in cash.
Complaints, liabilities, damages, visitors
Complaints shoud be submitted immediately. We refuse the
liability for disappearance of valuables. If you make
any damage at the location, please let us know immediately
and if necessary pay us directly.
Please inform us if you intend to receive guests.
Applicable law and legal domicile
Swiss law is applicable. Any disputes arising in connection
with the above conditions will be settled before a competent
Swiss court of law in Basel.
