Reservation/Payment
The room reservation is binding. Bookings must be confirmed by letter. All accomodation costs are payable at least 14 days after receiving the confirmation letter.

Cancellation
A one-off processing fee of CHF 60.-- is charged when a reservation is cancelled.
In addition, the following pro-rata cancellation costs are payable:
60-30 days before arrival: 30%, 30-0 days before arrival: 80%,
no-show: 100%

The date on which we receive the cancellation notice is the date applicable when calculating the above-mentionned time limits. Only working days are valid, not weekends or holidays (in such cases the next working day will be considered).

Least booking period
The least booking period is 8 nights.
